In 2008 we enter a new era in engineering building envelope protection. The roofs, walls and windows of your properties are now entering the green building era with the added problems of hyper inflation in building costs related to world wide raw materials shortages.

RMX Corp. continues to be a premiere consultant in the United States, working in over 35 states for your building envelope needs. The million square foot roofs, high rise buildings, historic structures, underground garages and plazas are all within our firms proud background. In cases where failures have occured on other buildings brought to us after the fact, we find solutions through; forensics and mediation or expert witness resolution.Testing in house with moisture meters, infrared camers, testcuts, reverse engineering, and out of house electron microscopes and other forms lab testing all help us to find the answers for our clients.

In the 1980's there were 108 single ply roof system manufacturers, now there are a cool dozen or so left. These products are constantly changing and evolving to comply with new codes, labor and environmental regulations. Plaza's and parking garage projects have been our specialty for 25 years and structural teams we work with have created the very best in moisture protection and structural integrity.  Road and bridge waterproofing is becoming a major public concern and RMX Corporation has the team to bring you results.

Historic and monumental restoration projects continue to be one of our most well known divisions. The masonry upgrade work on stucco, brownstones, sandstones, limestones and brick structures has been award winning in many districts over the last 10 years. The slate, tile and copper roofing work we have completed has also won awards for the past two decades.
